Data Entry, and List Building with Excel

Currently working on a project to identify all Dermatology, MedSpas, OBGYN, Family Practices, and Cosmetic / Plastic Surgeon Medical practices in the state of Colorado and Nebraska. Right now, I am using a scraping tool to pull off of Yelp, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Then I am downloading to various excel spreadsheets. I am de-duplicating, organizing into type of medical practice, and specific zip code addresses and location.
My goal is to create 12 Zones for 2 states. Each zone is broken up by state county, and will have a Master List of all the required types of medical practices. The Fields I need to have are:
Name of Practice or business; First and Last Name of Owner; Street Address; City; State; Zip Code; Phone Number; Type of Medical Practice; Hospital Affiliated - Yes or No
My first goal is acquire all of the practices in the state of Colorado and Nebraska. Then we can organize into specific zones and zip codes. But the MUST haves is the list with the required fields...I've attached an example of a Zone I'm targeting.
Would this be possible?
