Hi

I need somebody to scan bank statements into excel and allocate the transactions to various jobs. This is all done on a single excel spreadsheet.

Very easy if you have medium excel skills.

About 40% of the transactions will need to be cross referenced against invoices in job files.

This could become a permanent position but the workload, once the recon is complete, will lighten up on the excel front and become more general administration work with the potential for growth and new prospects.

Candidate must have decent Excel knowledge and must recognize the difference between orders, invoices and delivery notes etc so as not to duplicate transactions.

Must have own transport.

Position is based in Kyalami, Midrand.
