TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

01. THERE SHOULD BE SAME NUMBER OF LINES ALSO SAME WORDS,

SAME PAGE NUMBER

02. ALSO SAME FILE NAME IE BOTH THE FILE NAME OF .GIF AND NOT PAD SHOULD BE SAME AS, PER THE SAMPLE PAGE.

03. WE WILL PROVIDE 250 .GIF FILES(SLOT) AND YOU HAVE TO TYPE IN NOT PAD IN 15 DAYS,AFTER THAT THE COMPANY WILL TAKE 15-20 DAYS FOR QUALITY CHECKING AND PAYMENTS.

04. ALL THE PAYMENT WILL BE DONE AFTER QUALITY CHECKING OF THE PAGES.

05. AMOUNT IS DEPENDS UP ON THE ACCURICY LEVEL PARAMETER GIVEN BELOW.

06. 90.1% - 100.0% = Rs.12500/-*

07. 80.1% - 90.0% = Rs.9,000/-*

08. 70.1% - 80.0% = Rs.8000/-*

3. There is difference between the no. of pages in IMAGE file and the notepad file.

4. Incomplete Files.

5. If files received are less than the files delivered to you.

6. Text is in other than “Times New Roman” Font.

Termination Criteria(100%):

1. File not submitted, job work has been rejected, incomplete file submitted.

2. Duplication of data found in any page.

3. You Can Use conversion software used. But the accuracy should be up to.
