We are a Large Format Printing / Wide Format Printing company servicing the UK and Australia online. We produce Large Format Plan Printing, CAD Printing and Copying and Scanning at A0, A1, A2 and other various sizes.
We require TWO Email Lists to be built, one for the UK and one for Australia.
The main categories include but are not limited to: Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Designers, Planning Officers, Building Officers, Solicitors, Conveyancers and Settlement Agents.
These will include Small One Man Band Practices up to the Mid Range Practices as the Larger Nationwide Companies will already have these facilities in place.
IMPORTANT:::: These MUST include ALL DISCIPLINES for example Building Architects / Landscape Architects etc. or Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering / Oil and Gas Engineering etc.
The data collected through Web Scraping / Data Mining / Web Research must include the following fields in TWO well presented Excel Spread Sheets:
Company Name
Category of Business
First Name (optional - for small practices)
Last Name (optional - for small practices)
Address (UK - Building Number or Name / Street / Town / County / Post Code) (AU - Building Number or Name / Street / Suburb / State / Post Code)
Contact Number

I do not want to purchase an old or existing list.
I will validate all the email addresses and they should not bounce.
Accuracy must be at least 95% or more, then I will release the milestone.
Once the lists have been built for each Country we require the Excel Files to be utilised to send out Bulk Mailing / Marketing E-mails through a Software Package or Similar.
We will provide the content for these Emails.
Emails must be optimised to be sent out over different time periods during the day and NOT TO BE released all in one go as this will crash / be problematic to our server. The Emails must be release over a certain period of time, for example 5-7 Days.
CONFIRMATION of the number of successful emails sent required.
