Job Description:
We are currently seeking two Data Entry Specialists to build a mailing
list for our business.
Your responsibilities:
- Follow specific instructions to build a large mailing list
- Complete repetitive search queries according to our instructions
- Deliver requested data assets to team members in a timely fashion
- Ensure the accuracy of both data input and output
Your qualifications:
- Excellent English language skills
- Previous experience in data entry
- A firm understanding of office applications, such as word
processing, spreadsheets, email and databases
- Willingness to take feedback and adapt to requests
- Ability to pay close attention to detail as well as excellen
Ongoing data entry project
We are a subscription service for jewelry that operates like Netflix.
We currently use excel to track customers and shipments. We have new
members and new shipments every day. We are working on building a more
automated system but in the meantime we need someone to help us to
manually sync information between our systems on a daily basis. You
will be working primarily in wordpress and excel. Attention to detail
and reliability to meet deadlines is critical.
This is an ongoing project and the number of hours required will grow
over time. Initially I expect it will require approximately 1 hour
each day (Monday – Friday).

Website Research & Data Entry
We are in the process of relaunching our website and need to re-direct
all the pages on our current site to our new site.
I am looking for someone who can go through the list of URLs provided
in a spreadsheet and then map them to the most relevant page on our
new site. This can be done by either searching for the producta on our
new site and copying the URL or working from an export of all the new
URLs in another spreadsheet and cross referencing them to the old
URLs.
The final result should be one spreadsheet containing the old URL and
the most relevant new URL.
Data Collection for restaurants/pubs/lounges in Mumbai
Attached is a list of places in Mumbai, India. These places include
restaurants, bars, fast food joints, lounges, public places, theatres
etc.
For each of these places, you need to find the type of place, address,
google map link, website etc by filling up this form - [obscured]
/place.php. There are about 200 places on this list and if you are
good with a search engine, each entry will take you about 3-4 minutes.
So it works out to ~13 hours of work. More instructions will be
emailed once job accepted.
