Enter data into Excel smart chart

I need about 500 videos entered into 2 excel charts (see attached documents)
Smart chart data entry 1 into smart chart 1
Smart chart data entry 2 into smart chart 2
You have 4 data fields you should fill for every entry:
Artist name - you see it as the main subtitle on the smart data entry
Song name - above every link in the smart data entry document
Link - you'll see for yourself
comment time - right after the link you'll see a time.
In each smart chart you have 11 diffrent charts.
You shoud catogarize the data from the smart chart data entry documents by the "comment" time" field
1 hour - every thing that is 1 hour and beloew
2 hours - between 1-2 hours
3 hours - between 2-3 hours
3-5 hours
6-9 hours
etc.
The only 2 buttons you need to use for this job on the Excel chart is "create entry" and "delete entry" if you entered the wrong data
The other buttons are not important
