Export all users and there meta data to a .csv file.

I simply need someone to go in and export all the user data, including a meta fields for that user. I am from the wordpress world so any profile data added to a users profile is referred to as meta. So excuse me if I am using the wrong terminology. Here are the fields I need extracted for each user:
First Name
Last name
Email address
Username
Status
Roles
User type
Company Name
Website address
Phone: Office
Phone: Cell
Phone: Home
Category
Region
Country
Address 1
Address 2
City
State
Zip code
Bio
I also need each persons image associated with their account. If you can not deliver these along with the .csv file I need all the images in a zip file please
