want to have our application, wherein we can manage expiry date reminder of particular documents, store copy of document, auto mail if any document expiring next 60 days , generate report on documents expiring in 15 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days etc( Based on date range given).. color shaded based on expired near expiry etc. click check box for required documents to send mail as attachment to concerned staff or department
