Arduino trafic lights

Hello freelancers

I need a simple traffic lights application of arduino (it should be original and not from internet i will search on google and plagiarism sites).

1. The code should have comments on each line and

2. we need videocapture of the execution on arduino (without speaking or showing hands).

3. Also we need an original report ~ 2000 words of what exactly is done and how (with introduction explaining of the code and presenting all the assets of the project)

we need this for tommorow night (26/8) for $30-$40 USD
