make a simple firmware for a gsm pcb board to switch on/off a motor when it receive a call from authorized numbers.

the commands required:

1. Add a number

2. delete a number

3. report the registered numbers

4. change password

5. the board has wifi built in, so need to enable the firmware installation and update via wifi as well
