Can you design this circuit with properly sized components. It is a very basic circuit that needs to have 2 alarms combined with one relay output. It needs an optocoupler to isolate the 2 supplies. See the sketch attached

I prefer an Altium Design as I can read and update the schematics if required The picture is an old PCB to give you an idea of layout ( Most of the circuit is not used anymore)
