we need a reliable bulk mailer with rotating IP'S and Interspire mail program

to send for us 150K emails

with good server and not blocked IP address

and interface to show us opened, clicked, etc

we pay milestone after you done and if you send ok and not blocked

no reason we would not pay you!

our mailer is text and not HTML so that should increase inbox

will be ongoing

Give us a good rate and we will use your services for ongoing mailings

we do a test first for 4 emails to see if coming to our inbox..after we give you text, subject and form info

BTW, you need to handle unsubscribe link on our email body
