Key Requirements:

- Experience in accent coaching: A background in speech and language or experience in dialect training is preferred.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback through online video calls.

- Flexibility: Willingness to tailor coaching sessions to my schedule and needs.

The main focus of these sessions will be to enhance the employees' American English accent for professional communication purposes. I prefer to conduct all sessions via online video calls, so a stable internet connection and the ability to conduct sessions effectively through this medium are crucial.
