Excel VBA, All possible combinations given certain criteria

I am need of someone to create an Excel VBA script that produces all of the possible combinations given certain criteria.
I will provide a list in excel that will include 3 columns: name, salary, and position.
This is related to the National Basketball Association (NBA), so it helps if you are familiar with it, but not a requirement.
Criteria:
Every lineup/combination will consist of the same positions (see below)
Point Guard (PG)
Shooting Guard (SG)
Small Forward (SF)
Power Forward (PF)
Center (C)
Forward (Any SF or PF)
Guard (And PG or SG
Utility (Any position)
The total salary for each lineup combination cannot exceed $50,000.
A player cannot be used more than once in the same lineup. Even though they may fall into multiple positions. I.e. a shooting guard can be available in the shooting guard position and the guard position in the lineup above. If he has been chosen for the shooting guard position then he may not be chosen again for the guard position in the same lineup.
I will provide the list to the winning bidder. I want this to be something that I can easily run on my own for any list of players.
