Statistics help for Excel sheet to choose a job

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet that helps people choose what job opportunity to take based on base salary, stock options (including exercise price, taxes, etc.), and other variables. For example, when factoring in the value of the stock grant you'd get at a new company I want to be able to let them predict the future valuation of the company based on a median multiple of the company's current revenue and expected growth (I have all of those numbers). I also want to be able to include the average expected salary for a new job title vs. their current salary.
I have all of the variables and values I want to include, but I'm having a hard time combining them in the right way. I'll skype with you and walk you through what I have so far.
This SHOULD be a quick job but I set the project to hourly in case it takes longer than I expect.
The important thing I need help with is what statistical analysis to use and how to get that into Excel. Should be relatively easy statistics, but I want someone with a better grasp than I do to help me.
