We would like to revise the attached template to use for future reports:
1. Using the column A "Student_Number" from the first sheet labeled "Data"
2. date of the assessment (column W) from the "SR sheet" for the first assessment of the client by date to be listed in column i
3. scaled score (column Z) from the "SR sheet" for the first assessment of the client by date to be listed in J
4. we want the GradeEquivalent (column AD) from the "SR sheet" for the first assessment of the client by date to be listed in K
5. date of the assessment that is the highest score after the first assessment, no matter how many assessments have been taken (column W) from the "SR sheet" for the highest score assessment of the client by date to be listed in column L
6. scaled score (column Z) from the "SR sheet" for the highest score assessment of the client by date to be listed in M
7. GradeEquivalent (column AD) from the "SR sheet" for the highest score assessment of the client by date to be listed in N
Then...
