Web search / data entry / admin -- ongoing hourly project

Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant for approximately 15-30 hours per week. Some projects are recurring, some are one-off. You should:
- be an individual freelancer, not a group or a middleman
- be able to complete long, detailed assignments with no errors
- learn quickly as there will be a variety of projects
- be able to do work at specific times between 9am and 10pm EST
- have a flexible work schedule (often available on short notice, ok with varying hours depending on the week)
- have a fast, reliable internet connection
- write clearly in English, and understand instructions in English
- experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel
