Designer/pattern maker needed for new social enterprise empowering women in rural communities

I'm looking for a fashion designer preferably from Bangalore or Kerala.

I'm setting up a new social enterprise in Wayanad, Kerala with the purpose of providing more working opportunities to local women as well as supporting rural communities through sustainable development.

The right person must be able to:

- Designing an initial clothing line that will appeal to a young audience in the UK.

- Helping to source fabrics and materials for production.

- Assisting in the creation of a production line.

You must also be prepared to spend time working directly with the business founders and the production team in order to create an end product ready to export to the UK.

As this is a start-up we are trying to keep costs as low as possible but are prepared to pay for the right person who can join our team quickly and create a long-term working relationship.

Although we want to start small we have big plans for this business so this is a great opportunity to get involved in a new venture which aims to have a positive influence on the world.
