Set up a Google Ads campaign

My name is Tyler, along with my wife we own a small window covering business. We sell shades, shutters, blinds and moving into draperies. I'm looking for someone to help me with a couple things.
1) I currently have 2 websites. One is set up from a distributor (Hunter Douglas) we use and looks great. The other is a personal site that I had created. Maybe not as professional but I can customize it to my liking, well to my capabilities. Let's just say its a little more personal than the giant corporate website. So trying to decide if I should drop one of the sites or keep both and focus all marketing to one or the other.
2) I would love for you to help me set up a google ads campaign for my business. Focusing in on a few categories, Hunter Douglas, Shutters, Roller Shades, and Motorized Shaded I guess they would all have different landing pages? But just one campaign.
3) If possible I would like this done under my account so I can adjust my budget and pause the campaign at any time. I spoke with someone who is in the industry and they set up their clients google ads campaign on their platform not giving you access to the client to modify the campaign.
I was just wondering if this sounds like something somebody would be willing to help me with. I was just curious about time frame and cost as well.
