Art and concept is the most that we want.
We are an artisan roasting + patisserie. We are passionate in serving the best possible coffee, and we made our pastries with care, making sure we use the best ingredients and the best combinations when making and designing them.
At our place, we uses lots of woods and stones, to stay real. Most of what we used here, are recycled, refurbished and re-created, we're Eco-friendly.
So... we need to stay close to the entire concept of the whole setup.
Who do we have? Chefs. Baristas. Waitresses and the Managers.
We want to stay smart and beautiful. Yet, comfort is the key point, coz we're working long hours and in summer climate, thou its air conditioned. =D We want to be proud wearing the uniform. so that we don't have to remove them right after work.
We are all young and energetic individuals. And we love coffee and cakes.
