Create birth announcement card

Dear Coder,
We would like to invite you to make a birth announcement card.
This birth announcement card has size [url removed, login to view]
and has four sides. The card is folded once, making each
side 9.9x21cm. It will be printed in full colour on 300 gr paper.
Your output should be a high resolution Adobe Illustrator file
so we can change the details of the baby once it's born ;)
Please provide a PDF file with all four sides as pages in one file
as well so we can see how it will look like without using Adobe.
Background colour of the card: Purple / Pink
Use of Logo: yes, on SIDE 4 only

Now follows the description of each side:
SIDE 1
------
This is the front side of the birth announcement card. Please
take a look at the enclosed PNG image.
The front side of the birth announcement card should
contain the photo as provided. This is the belly of the mom.
The baby girl is still in it ;)
The front side of the card should be bright and show
the first name of our baby: Rose
In the PNG example we just made a mock-up how to go from the
dark background of the image to a bright pink or purple
background. It is TOTALLY UP TO YOU how you would make this
happen. The mock-up is just an example.
Next to the name the birth date should be there.
Please use '14 februari 2014' as the birthday (without
quotes). This is the 14/02 in the Dutch language.
SIDE 2
------
Side 2 is the side when you open the card, displayed on
the left.
It should contain the following text, nicely centered, with
a nice font, preferably italic written.

SIDE 3

Of course the name "Rose Wilhelmina Maria Zuurbier"
should be nice and big centered over the card.
The other information (Geboren...) gives the more
statistical info about our baby girl. So that is nice
on this page, but should not be as big as the name ;)

This is the contact information. Should not be so big on
the card.
Colour: make a nice share design, where the background

It would be great if some of the photo, or maybe some
sprinkles used on the picture on the first page, are somehow
repeated on the back side of the card.
This makes the entire card fun, modern and one united
awesome message.
