Design a Logo - Then create some images

I have some sketches that I need converting to Digital form, the first part of the project would be to create a logo, similar to the first sketch.

Then, with help from the other sketches, I would like you to create some graphics for our website.

This is a creative project and openly accept your input, thoughts and creativity. If you have any ideas, or think of something we haven't, please share.

Requirements

- Must have past experience in Design.

- Must have past digital graphics to show or have a portfolio.

- Must be creative.

- Must have a sense of humor.

Specifications for project:

- The creatures need to be slightly more misshaped.

- We think they might look good if they have a bit of fur.

- We do not want them just green, like they are depicted in the sketches but they can be any color.

- Think as each creature as a different person, they should represent different personalities, therefor look slightly different.

- We require four graphics in total.

- Logo (This is the one holding the sign, also do not worry about the font, as long as I can edit the text, I will worry about the font).

- Creature portrayed as a web designer (Maybe on a computer)

- Creature portrayed as a Tech support Agent (Maybe with tools or a tool belt with broken monitors around him)

- Creature portrayed as a Secretary (Similar to the sketch).

- Creature playing a game console or handheld console.

- All graphics must be completed in High Resolutions.

- I would like the PSD files on completion.

- I would like all layers editable in case I would like to make changes myself in the future.

Again we open any suggestions, so please give any feedback / ideas or input, let your creativity shine with this one!

We currently have a lot of Graphic work available so this could lead on to future work.
