Looking for talented artists for children's books

I am looking for a additional artists to make 50-pages of illustration for children's picture books.

I will be providing the pictures and I am looking for a rough reproduction of the pictures in a new style. All work needs to be 100% created and I will own all the rights to the created work. The artwork needs to look good in both black and white, and color (so strong contrast is important - e.g. in the file attached, there is an outline on the characters' figures).

The final product is 50 pictures in TIFF format, and the dimensions and quality of each picture need to fit nicely onto letter-sized paper (8.5" x 11") in portrait layout (ie vertical). I want you to send me the 50 picture files along with 1 Microsoft word file containing all 50 pictures pasted in (1 picture per page).

I am offering to pay a $100-150 for the entire project and expect it to be complete in less than 30 days. I have a long list of similar projects that I am sourcing out (hence looking for additional artists) and upon satisfactory completion, you will receive preference for the next projects. To be considered, please redesign the attached cover (including wordart "Little Red Riding Hood") in your style.
