Need a HTML/PHP standard website created quickly (within 7 days)

1. The Home Page will be carousel of 4-5 large photo images (similar in style to the homepages of [login to view URL] and freelancer.com).

2. The Home Page will have 5 Menu Categories and 13 - 15 pages supporting the categories.

3. The website design and layout has been created in PSD files, which will be supplied but will need to be modified.

4. ASP markup language and Content Management Systems will not be supported.

5. All design/development files (Dreamweaver templates, Photoshop files) that would be needed in order to update/maintain the website will need to be supplied.

6. The site must be able to run from self-contained environment (disc or thumb drive). Access to client server/database is prohibited.

7. All images and content will be supplied as well as folder labeling for root, images, documents, resources and media.

8. Adobe Flash technology should not be used in any areas that will require future updating
