Wordpress Website Development for My Client

I´m looking for someone who could build my website and background.

Is about teaching lessons of many languagues through skype, and the website must provide this service before and after take the lessons. It will be translated to 6 languagues minimun.

The key is the database. Where the customer can chose teacher, date, etc.. everything must be updated every moment and with the background i should be able to change every detail if it would be necessary.

I already have Logo and the design of the index. The web must be built accordingly to this design.

Must include payments through Paypal and Card and full connectivity to share results in social networks.

It has to be optimized for search engines. In general must be clear, simple and the usability is one of the things that i will be more worried about.

Aproximately are 8 sections and 10 subsections.
