Medicare (health care WP design)

I need a simple WP Health Care website design for the domain Medicare.ws. I need the design to have a header, slider and sidebar that will show categories and allow for monetization for amazon, adsense, clickbank and other ad media api integrations,

I am going to use my new Google Silo builder to build out the 512, 3 tier silo on automatic pilot with content from my plugins

SO I just need the theme and design built. Would prefer we use clickbump. I have it and can load it on the domain as well

Need logo, and design for all social media platforms graphics as well.
