d3.js visualisation and basic platform

A web platform that allows users to login and create a profile.
In that profile they wil be able to upload their personal data.
The first module will be 23and me. The ability to auth into their account and pull out their details has already been built. See here: [url removed, login to view] - this pulls the data out as csv or json
We need to render this content into graphs/infographics as is the case ont he 23andme website. Access to example data and how the 23and meaccounts look will be granted to winning bidder. Very much the first step of a work in progress. Ideally the graphic will be rendered in d3.js.
Profiles can be pretty basic.
