Hello everyone,
I am looking for some quick help. Should be pretty simple to someone with advanced illustrator/photoshop knowledge. I have a beard balm tin label design for the front & rear of the tin in .psd format. I am now trying to take my beard balm tin label designs and easily place them on a mockup beard balm tin, which is in .tif format. When I double click on the "insert graphic here" layer in the .tif file, it opens up the .psb file as it should. I know that you would typically then drag over your graphic etc onto the .psb, then save it, which would have the new layer appear on the .tif. However, the sizing is way off so if I try to resize the .psb and save it, it shrinks the logo layer on the main graphic image.
So basically I am looking to have my beard balm label design saved onto the beard balm mockup .tif file, so I can simply go into the template, edit the beard balm scent name, and save it as needed. Hopefully this makes sense. The mockup template .tif file, and the beard balm label (front & rear) are large in size, so would have to transfer over messenger. I would like to also save the final image with a black background, so if the shadowing etc has to be tweaked in order to make it look best, would also like to have that done. Need the final image to be highly professional looking.
