Building a website using existing Template

I want to complete a new website using a recently purchased template. Photos and descriptions need to be input and the site needs to be uploaded. It is a very simple template and can be seen here.

All the products will have to be input with images resized and placed correctly along with product info from spec sheets. Several pages to categorize products will need to be added and the correct items placed on them.
The shopping cart function will not be used at this time since I use an offsite cart for that. I will add the code and pricing for each item after everything else on the site is up and running.
I am currently using Microsoft Expressions Web 4 so I need to be able to download the new site from the server to my computer without having to do rewrites to make it work. If someone has a better way to manage websites I am open to ideas.
There are only about 40 - 50 products to be added so it is a small job but I have several other sites I want to update in the future as well.
