Convert iBook Authored book to InDesign (Interactive PDF)

We have three books created in iBooks author. These are using a standard iBooks template with indexes, glossary and using two html widgets; Gallery and embedded video. We need to make a PDF version of these books. We are willing to change the design/layout if necessary - but have these features available in the book.
