I am looking for a logo for my company. I have had a bad experience on freelancer before so I want to be clear about what I am looking for and so please only bid if you think you can do what I am asking.
I am looking for a logo - that is original and innovative
I want it to be done professionally and it will have depth and shading if necessary
I dont want it to look like something I can do myself on microsoft word or similar programme
I would like to use it as a thumb nail, letter head and a website header and would like to see the design in these formats
I want it to be simple but well thought out and designed
I have a few ideas but also would like you to help me come up something symbolic that represents my business.

The company is a recruitment company called Flair for Talent - I have had an idea about using a star flare as part of the drawing or creating stars as people but I am open to other suggestions. It could also be something symbolic about matching - reflecting or attracting.
Flair in this context means aptitude and creativity so in terms of the font - if it can be bold enough something artistic yet professional and modern.
