Looking for someone who has done or can do an ebook Diretory .

1- I need to have an account for each author where they can fill a summary of their books chapters ,and i want them to weigh importance of each chapter from 1-10 .Also they are able to add videos and images in some boxes on the page.
2- i want the book to show like our news site in a way

where more important chapters will show on left and bigger and going to the right then next lines.
3- when a user clicks on the chapters , a drop down box will open with summary of what the authors wrote .
4- as in the demo above, we should link to kindle and amazon under our affiliate link if someone wants to purchase the books .
5- there should a section for Author Bio , link to other books on our site .
6- give users ability to share on facebook , twitter , comment about the book , etc under the chapters .
