I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using PHP. Interested in getting a Web app that creates and stores databases of customer reviews and outputs to structured data based on [login to view URL] standards.
Needs to accept CSV imports, and output is a text file with the schema code. The databases will be constantly updated so the new schema code must have aggregate values. Basic gui with some light contact management functions.
Can be based in a WordPress, Drupal, or other cms. Would be ideal if it was just a secure Web app.
I have added more details to help flush out the functionality, I apologize if some of this is redundant.

A basic web app created, not necessary to be a wordpress or drupal-driven site, but a basic web accessible app, I have a domain I will use for it. Want security to be strong, this won't be on an advertised URL.
I want it to create, maintain, and backup customer databases (per page of reviews). Allow imports to a database from a CSV, and for the output to be to a screen and/or txt file that is dated (e.g. - "Customer Name_ReviewsUpdate_Month-Day-Year.txt". I will get the backup service with my host, needs to have the files accessible to read and record them.
The app needs to support the varying types of Schema reviews: Products and services; and the template to these schema code pages needs to be accessible in the admin, should there be any changes to the standards (as I understand can and will happen).
Want the app to have another schema template specific to the contacts (creating the schema for their about page) which has company name, address, telephone, hours of operation, map/directions link.
Should incorporate a validation tool/checker. This could be a framed in version or page of Google's checker.
A basic contact manager component with a light mailer functionality would be good..(not for campaigns, just for individual emails to clients) thinking that there's some stock code that can be used for this part. I want some elements of contact management just to be able to send out the updated files to the clients, a baked-in email functionality that will send a templated email to the email address specific to the person(s) that receives the updated schema (could be the webmaster, the owner, etc). And if the client allows access to their CMS a box for "Posting Instructions" - which is basically a text box that gives me room to put that info.
I was thinking PHP is nice and fast, but is there a better language for this. Something more secure (if that applies)?
