Webmoney exchanger website

I need an existing website rebuilt. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. I am looking for freeland with skills in webmoney and experience in e-currency exchange. I want to build a simple website that can let the customer to pay by wire transfer or credit card to get webmoney and it can be done manual from my side. And the client has the ability to request to withdraw also webmoney to wire. Offiurse it need to has a registration and the ability to let the client upload documents. I have an example website and it can be done with ( webmoney automation system) i have personal passport in webmoney.
