Help Develop and Theme eCommerce (iNet) HTML / CSS to work with wordpress website.

Looking to have a Wordpress website integrate with a custom "iNet" website that is customizable via .css and html templates. Goal is to have a "wordpress" front end with accessible blogs/links/contact forms, whilst using iNet to take care of any of the retail cataloging and eCommerce, and customer portal. (currently using AVADA wordpress theme)
Please note: this is primarly NOT a wordpress site. there may be a few pages that utlize wordpress, but the primary "eCommerce" html/css side of things are based off of "epicor's iNet" which has templates that can be modified to match the WP template.
Basic template and documentation is available, it's a matter of customizing it to suite our needs so it's a fluent and coherent website. (matching menu navigation etc.)
Currently looking to discuss with a potential hire first to see the possibilities, time frame, and costs.
No budget has been presented as we aren't aware of how many hours it may take.
If successful, candidate may have recurring work through the company.
