Create and Maintain Website Earning $30+ Per Day From Google Adsense

Here are the full requirements. These tasks will be ongoing and must be completed by you every month to continue earning your share of the website income – please read before submitting your bid:

Website Creation

1. Create a professional, modern website using Wordpress (I will load wordpress and set up all hosting for the site)

2. Create content for website – all content must be unique and appealing to potential visitors

3. Post ongoing fresh content to website – all content must be unique and appealing to potential visitors

4. Website must be approved for Google Adsense account

5. Website MUST COMPLY 100% with Google Adsense Terms of Service

Search Engine Optimization & Traffic Generation

1. Generate traffic to this website using 100% organic, whitehat methods.

2. Research keywords and select best keywords

3. Optimize website for selected keywords

4. Get website indexed with Google, Yahoo, Bing and other major Search Engines

5. Create high quality backlinks using whitehat and organic methods

6. All Search Engine Optimization and Traffic Generation techniques MUST COMPLY 100% with Google Adsense Terms of Service

7. NO BLACKHAT METHODS CAN BE USED. NO PPC ADS, PPV ADS, AUTO SURF SITES, BOTS OR OTHER BLACKHAT METHODS CAN BE USED.

Social Optimization & Marketing

1. Create Profiles for the website on Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and any other social websites

2. Create daily posts for the website on Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and any other social websites

3. All social marketing must be done with 100% whitehat, organic methods

4. All social marketing and optimization MUST COMPLY 100% with Google Adsense Terms of Service

ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH GOOGLE ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT.

Ongoing Work

You will need to complete these tasks every month in order to share in the income. I will pay 30% of the monthly earnings after hosting, domain and administrative costs. For every USD$1,000 the website earns you will get USD$333.

Payment

Payment will only be released once daily revenues of USD$30 or more have been obtained over a period of at least 45 days. First payment will not be released until we have received our first payment from Google Adsense or any other revenue generation programs used for this website. Google Adsense payments are usually received between the 20th and 30th of the month after the revenue was earned. We will provide a detailed report of monthly earnings from the Google Adsense program to detail your share of the earnings every month. Failure to adhere to Google Adsense Terms of Service will result in termination of this agreement and all monies earned will be forfeited.
