Hi I am looking to hire a good Android freelancer to build a very simple private family only chat & photo sharing app (XMPP chat). The app will also need to provide feature to chat & multiuser chat to other networks (GTalk, Facebook, MSN).

The authentication needs to be done using OAuth via FacebookID or Google ID and the app will need to show the contacts who are online. Then the user can create a group for family and connect to them.

The app will connect to our own XMPP server and the details can be provided later. This is just a brief description and the full spec will be provided once the work is awarded.

All the code is hosted in Git repository using bitbocket and the access will be given. The build process is also in place using maven which generates the deployable apk. Once the work is proven then I can look to hire on salary basis or project basis whichever is suitable and there is lot of work in the pipeline for new apps and the maintenance of existing apps and a good developer will get lots of work in future.
