We need a order from made to simply refer our customers to , to make their payments. We want to use [url removed, login to view] they are a escrow merchant so the customers can escrow the money with us , we have backend in our balancedpayments account that gives us control of the funds if we want to credit the customer or issue refund. We need a order from made so the customers them selves can make a payment to us without us having to to take their credit card over the phone. When the customer fills out form one they will be directed to form 2 which will ask them credit card info and a email address where they want a receipt sent to. The customer gets a receipt and I will get one to. You have to make a professional receipt. That's it. The customer gets to input whatever amount they wish to escrow in the escrow box on the first form 1. That escrowed amount will basically be he amount they will be charged.
