CSS experts needed for resize with window size

Dear Css experts,
I need someone who can create 3 CSS files from one (6 in total). My customer has requested that his website pages should get larger according to screen resolution.
I feel the best way is to use different CSS files according to the viewer's window size (no redirection).
I would need someone to review the two CSS files I've created and make several ones from these two.
Most Html files contain embedded flash files in a Div. It is important that the flash files don't get distorted in the process.
I've included the javascript that should go with each page to help you get a better understanding.
Don't hesistate to mention if you have a better idea but keep it simple.
The website draft is available on line. I'll give it to you through message board.
