I'm experiencing difficulties with my subscription form. Currently, when the form is submitted, no actions are taken when in reality it should redirect to a thank you page and store the data in a MongoDB.

• Skills Required: Experience with form handling, back-end development, and landing page creation.

• Tasks: Identify why the form submission currently results in no action and correct the issue. Successful completion of these tasks will mean the form redirects to a thank you page following submission.

• Additional Information: Existing code can be provided for troubleshooting purposes. The thank you page does not yet exist, so creation may need to be part of this project.

Ideal freelancer would be responsive, efficient, and have a sleek eye for website design, but technical proficiency is the most vital requirement.
