I am looking for a commission-based sales representative to join my team.

Industry: Cosmetic

Target Market: B2C

Commission Structure: Fixed percentage

Responsibilities include:

- Generating leads and acquiring new customers in the B2C market

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients

- Demonstrating product knowledge and providing excellent customer service

- Achieving sales targets and meeting commission goals

Ideal skills and experience:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the cosmetic industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques

- Motivated and driven to succeed
