Create virtual emails or dynamic

We have ticket application when our customer signup there they have username. based on user name we have dynamic url for that customer like abc.example.com. This url use for access our application for only that customer.

we also provide customer one email like support<at>[login to view URL], when some one email on this id it will be auto create ticket on our application.

This is flow how we want to work it,

Issue is,

we dont want to create email for every customer so we need virtual email support<at>[login to view URL] it point to one email address like support<at>[login to view URL], so all customer email will come in our one email address.

after then we will read emails from support<at>[login to view URL]
