The solution should work von all 3 Major Platforms without installation as utility, and contain a basic GUI for the User interface. Full source code should be provided.

The User should be able to:

- Select firmware Version (Online REST Interface available, delivers List of firmwares with Name, Version and URL to download), newest is default

- Select available USB-UART Port (Autoselect one that is available)

- Start..

- Download Firmware (show Progress)

- Flash firmware (show Progress)
