The project was started and requires specialized troubleshooting. The VPN tunnel was successfully created using Racoon VPN and IPsec-tools, it's connected to a CheckPoint VPN. Although no TCP/IP activate is being sent through the tunnel. That's the main activity, configure the system to work properly connecting using TCP/IP communication on the VPN site-to-site configured. The problem can be routing.
