after recent Migration to latest magento 2.4.2-p1

Current main Issue / bug:

(note this only happens with items with added options) When an item with “options” is added to cart at check out after placing the order using credit cards, (only when using any API like moneris, Braintree credit card or paypal) instead of successful massage and recording an order confirmation number customer only get an error saying : “the item does not exist please verify and try again”

Below is the system log massage

2021-06-14 13:49:02] [login to view URL]: Saving order 1000006558 failed: The product that was requested doesn't exist. Verify the product and try again. [] []

[2021-06-14 13:49:03] [login to view URL]: Placing an order with quote_id ZJTyT3CDrgdJNFLF3TbdY6Zb3vZtsuhE is failed: The product that was requested doesn't exist. Verify the product and try again. []

While the customer is charged by the credit card company, no order is recorded by magento and no confirmation is sent.

We have tested this issue with new items with new sku new options, also with turning off many modules and also tested in luma theme as well , we have also implemented all optional quality patches from magneto site.

this issue happen with paypal but the error is diffrent massage error is containing invalid shipping method

after paypal return to site with shipping selection dropdown and a place order botton , however does nothing
