Need California certified mechanical engineer. MUST BE LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA (United States).

I am an inventor of a closed loop CO2 extraction machine that has a patent on part of the technology and a patent-pending. I need a mechanical engineer to review my machine for safety. This will include coming to the facility in San Jacinto, CA. where I have the machine, and a written signed/stamped letter stating that the machine is safe to use. I need this done ASAP. Please provide me your resume including certification and time-frame to complete project.
