I need a microsoft access database CRM system created (front + backend) that can send emails and that will check a pop email box and import the emails. (customer replies.
The mails are all a reply to a specific (sent email) from application. in the header of the sent email is a unique id.
When the email is imported, it should be matched with the CRM record in the access database it was sent from and then logged.
The CRM system contains a table with mail templates (html format) that can be sent to the clients in the CRM system. The sent emails will be logged in the CRM.
The emails will generate tasks for the main database user(s).
tasks are like: Call back person x, send mail to etc. with a date and time.
The data structure will be set up by me in English.
The frontend, and the mail system should be generated (with the email send and receive (import) function.
the sent emails contain <tekstlabel> fields that will be filled out with database fields.
If an email is received without an id. then it should stay in a todo inbox and from there new prospect projects will be created.
in table clients (if new client) and in table projects.
A project will contain (sometimes multiple) client requests for cars (and parts)
