Write Microsoft Access VBA to interact with TinyPng API

I am looking for a freelancer who can write Microsoft Access VBA code that will compress and then resize an image using the TinyPng API.
The image URL to be used is stored within an Access table.
Once compressed and resized the image should be saved locally in c:\temp\ using a filename also stored in the access table.
The file name extension will come from the original file extension on the URL stored in the database.
The table data will be displayed in a list box and the compress/resize should be triggered by clicking on a row in the list box.
I will provide the TinyPng API key.
I will provide a sample database with data and basic form.
