IOS Game: Flappy Bird Reskin

I am looking for a simple flappy bird re-skin for IOS only & would provide you with the source code (Cocos2d)

I need someone who can:

- Alter Gameplay & Audio.

-Can integrate in-app purchases

-Replace the old graphics with new one, discuss with the graphics designer.

-Localisation

-Code optimisation

-Ad Network. (Already Integrated)

-Can take care of App Store Submission & App Store Rejection If at all.
