There is a uk ( well actually it's global) site for the meeting of men women couples and couples who swap partners sexually ( for free) they are called swingers.

I need it to be user friendly

I need it to be global or at least uk compatible

It's to be mobile friendly as well.

You would have to go into the fab swingers site to understand how it operates

And develop a site that is innovative and beats that one,also I have not decided on a name for the site yet if you can help with that

Could it be Swingers Meeting App for example

I need it to attract about 25000 people per month

They pay a site supporters fee of £5 or less or can navigate free with limitations

The fee to be paid by text and be totally hands free on my side
